We ship to a BoxNow locker or your address. For gifts we add a note and leave the receipt out.

How do I wash an embroidered tote?
At 30 °C, inside out, no tumble dryer. Don't iron the embroidery directly; iron through a cloth.
How long does it take?
We stitch your tote within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery within Croatia takes another 1 to 2 days.
Which fonts can I choose?
The fonts our machine stitches most cleanly. We publish the exact list at launch.
Can I return a personalized tote?
Totes made to your order can't be returned for a change of mind. If the embroidery is damaged or doesn't match your order, we make a new one.
Do you ship outside Croatia?
At launch we ship within Croatia only. Delivery to the rest of the EU comes after launch.
